As a team, we want to assure you that we are still taking specific additional Covid measures for the 2022 season. We are deep cleaning all accommodation between lettings and also implementing advanced sanitising measures. In addition, there are extended time periods between each occupancy. We will continue to follow Government advice where necessary to ensure your safety, particularly in regards to cleanliness and social distancing if needed.
IN RESPECT OF YOUR HOLIDAY WITH US, WE ARE SETTING OUT THE SPECIFIC PROCEDURES BELOW WHICH WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO ADHERE TO:
Check in is from 5pm. If possible, please call us in advance of your arrival to let us know what time you are expecting to arrive.
Check in will be remote, meaning you will not need to enter our reception building.
A member of staff will direct you to your accommodation.
Your accommodation will be left open, with the sanitised keys inside. We will also leave you a welcome pack and map of the park, which includes further health & safety guidelines in relation to your stay and more details about the check-out procedure.
Check out will be by 10am on the day of departure.
We regret that our Bookable Hot Tub is currently not open to use.
Our swimming pool is currently open to use (May-Sept), please call for more information about our current guidelines. These are displayed in our reception and will also be emailed to you directly pre-arrival.
Our outdoor spaces including play areas and fishing lakes are open to use.
If possible, please come in to our shop/reception individually rather than as a family/couple, to reduce the number of people in the reception area.
It is no longer compulsory to wear a mask, however we welcome you to do so in the parks enclosed areas.
Please use the hand sanitiser which is located at key locations.
Please respect any guidance issued by our team.
IF YOU UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR HOLIDAY DUE TO COVID-19
If you aren’t able to attend your holiday due to the pandemic (i.e positive test or regional/national restrictions) we would first look to move your booking to another, more suitable date. This could be another time of year or our 2023 season, next year. If this is impossible, we would then provide you with a full refund.
